Minutes of May 19, 2001 LIICL Executive Board Meeting

1) The Awards will be held on Saturday afternoon, June 9, 2001 at the
Huntington Library from 11:30 - 4:30

2) An EBoard meeing will be held simultaneously on June 9th from 11:30 -
12:00 Noon

3) Rizzo will approach the CCoH to get our $50 deposit back since we don't
anticipate playing there anymore given the insurance demand.

4) Due to the mix-ups and misunderstandings revolving around the need to
go to Wednesdays and considering the outcome of the FInal match ending at
2-2 when it was unclear as to who really should have been awarded drawing
odds, both LSF and PRA have been declared as co-champions.

5) All captains are asked for a headcount by Wednesday to Bob Rizzo for
the Awards afternoon.

6) Kingsley and Rizzo will do the trophies.  Please return all trophies
ASAP.

7) All Captains should have nominations for officers ready for the June
9th EBoard meeting.

8) Bob Standing will handle the food.

9) George Alikakos will get the refreshments.
